Bootcamps

We understand your time constraints, budget, and busy lifestyle. Our express 40-45 minute total body metabolic strength training workouts utilize strategic athletic programming to effectively maximize your time and guarantee results. Our bootcamp style classes provide a personal training feel in a large group environment.

Our workouts are great for those who are still competitive athletes or for those who are busy professionals looking to increase strength, lose fat, and improve mobility.

Bootcamps are co-ed, and we meet each client at his or her unique fitness level. Each individual is challenged with proper progression through exercise variations.

We help keep you accountable and motivated through assessment protocols, including body composition testing, nutritional programming and training logs to record workouts and track progress.

Riley Athletics is also invested in bringing health and wellness into the corporate environment by offering a variety of services including: office transformation contests, educational lunch and learns, and onsite training programs.

Boot Camp Details

Cost: Call for details; prices vary depending on membership selection, which includes 2x, 3x, 4x, unlimited per week memberships with a 3, 6, or 12 month commitment. (We also offer 5 and 10 session punch cards for those that can’t commit to a monthly membership).

Orientation: We ask everyone to attend our free orientation before your 1st workout.  General orientation times are Tuesdays evenings (time varies) and Saturdays at 11:30am.  However, please email info@rileyathletics.com to make a reservation and confirm times as our schedule could change.  Neither of these times work?
