Athlete Perfomance Training

For athletes preparing for the next level of serious competition or those seeking to maximize your current potential on the field or in life, we know how to get you there.  With a degree in strength training and background as a professional baseball player, Ryan Riley has not only mastered the most cutting edge strategies and techniques in sports performance, but he also understands and teaches the proper single-minded focus needed to perform at the highest levels of sport.

True success happens before the season even begins by putting in time and sweat in the gym. Athletes need to be prepared before stepping into the game and working on a solid athletic foundation will pay huge dividends down the road. Our athletes are conditioned to be in game-ready shape by the time they complete the program.

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper weight training techniques, and functional strength training. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense workout and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety. Generally, sessions will include: dynamic flexibility, hip, core, and shoulder stability, speed/power work, total body resistance training, and regeneration techniques.

We offer group Athlete Performance Training Monday-Saturday at various times throughout the day to accommodate your schedule.   Membership options include 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week.
